Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Membership Accounts Auction is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility Restriction
    Members associated with SurveyVote are not eligible to participate in the auction process.

  2. Security Deposit Requirement
    To participate in the auction, a refundable security deposit of $1,000 USD per account must be submitted in advance.
    If a participant bids on multiple membership accounts, a separate deposit of $1,000 USD for each account is required.

  3. Refund Policy (Unsuccessful Bids)
    In the event that a participant does not win the bid, the deposited amount will be refunded in full (100%) without any deductions.
    The refund will be processed immediately and transferred back to the participant’s wallet.

  4. Payment Adjustment (Successful Bids)
    If a participant wins the bid, the deposited amount will become non-refundable and will be adjusted against the total payable balance of the respective membership account.

  5. Payment Deadline
    The winning bidder must complete the remaining payment and finalize the process within 48 hours of winning the bid.
    Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the deal, and further action may be taken as per company policy.

  6. KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirement
    All winning participants are required to complete KYC verification after winning the bid.
    Accepted documents include:

    • Government-issued ID card

    • Driving license

    • Passport

    Additionally, the participant must provide:

    • A valid local bank account in their name

    • A nominee’s account for record and security purposes

  7. Company Rights
    Pro Poly World reserves the full right to reject or cancel any bid or participation at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.

    Account Origin & Upgrade Policy

    All membership accounts listed in the auction are associated with SurveyVote.

    Upon successful purchase of an auctioned account, members will have the option to transition to Pro Poly World without any restriction. Participants may upgrade by paying the difference between the basic value of the acquired membership and the selected upgrade plan, based on their preference.

    This upgrade pathway is available to all successful bidders without discrimination and is provided as a recommended option to ensure continued participation and enhanced benefits within the Pro Poly World platform.


    Bidding Submission Terms

    All interested participants are required to submit their bids through the official email channel.

    • Each bid submission must include a valid proof of the $1,000 USD deposit payment (receipt)
    • Submissions without the required deposit proof will not be considered valid or eligible for participation

    Participants are advised to ensure that all required information and documentation are accurately provided at the time of submission to avoid any delays or disqualification.
